This book is created for Esco staff who are experiencing chronic and acute stress, chronic pain and illness, and associated anxiety and depression. This book includes user-friendly and empowering mindfulness techniques to help cultivate mental and physical health and the personal authority that leads to effectiveness and flourishing. By having the knowledge, skills, and right attitude, we can develop and quicken our innate human capacities for attention and awareness, and, ultimately, make wise actions.
